Boston Delivers Walk-Off Win for Dodgers
Los Angeles Dodgers starter Shawn Boskie pitched a strong game against the Oakland Athletics at Dodger Stadium, leading the Dodgers to a 7-4 win. The winning pitcher was Boskie, now 2-2. He tossed 9 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 1 and fanning 10. With the win, the Dodgers improved to 41-47.

In the bottom of the ninth inning of a 4-4 tie, Los Angeles center fielder Daryl Boston hit a walk-off 3-run home run. It broke the deadlock and put Los Angeles on top, 7-4.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," Boston said.
