Yankees 1B Esasky goes 3-for-4 in Win
Riding the 3-hit performance of the 32-year old first baseman Nick Esasky, the New York Yankees stopped the St. Louis Cardinals, 7-2. With the win, New York pushes its record to 14-16.

New York grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the sixth, when Esasky hit a 3-run home run. His 1st home run of the season put the Yankees out in front, 5-2.

"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Esasky told reporters after the game.
