Fenway Park was the site of a tense game between the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees.
New York rode a fine outing from starter Mark Langston to victory over the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park. The final score was 2-1. In 6 innings, Langston surrendered 6 hits, while striking out 4 and walking 2. He allowed 1 run.
