|
Montreal right-hander Pedro Martinez made an effective start against the Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodger Stadium, leading his team to a 5-0 win. Today's win puts Montreal at 22-39, while Los Angeles falls to 26-34.
The Dodgers had trouble solving Martinez, who surrendered no earned runs on 3 hits over 7.2 innings.
"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Martinez said.
