Extra-Inning Walk-Off Win for Sun Rays
The Sun Rays had to overcome a fine effort from Boston pitcher Roger Clemens to grab a narrow 7-5 win at Orlando Citrus Bowl. Clemens went 8.2 innings and allowed 4 earned runs. At 49-33, the Sun Rays find themselves in second place in the Federal League East Division.

Orlando won the game in the bottom of the 11th inning. With two outs and Jose Mesa on the mound for Boston, right fielder John Elway hit a dramatic 3-run home run, bringing Sun Rays fans to their feet.

"This place went bonkers at the end," Elway said.
