Chicago designated hitter Kevin Reimer was instrumental in his team's 10-9 win over the Texas Rangers. Reimer went 4-4 with 3 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the White Sox. Chicago is now 26-32.

Will Clark was a prime factor in the win for the White Sox. In the bottom of the ninth with one out, the three-time All-Star hit a walk-off 3-run home run. He went 1-5 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once.
