Brewers Come up Short of Playoffs Friday, September 25th, 1992 They remained in the thick of things for most of the 1992 season, but the hopes of a playoff berth are now over for the Milwaukee Brewers. Today, the team was mathematically eliminated from qualifying for the playoff. Milwaukee last appeared in the postseason in 1983. This is their 9th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 14 times in their 16-year history. |
