Curtis Visits Children at Cancer Treatment Center Thursday, October 22nd, 1992 Expos left fielder Chad Curtis took time out from his busy schedule today to visit a local children's cancer treatment center. Curtis signed autographs and took pictures with many of the young patients. He even gave several of them caps, jerseys, and gloves. "Just seeing the smiles on these kids' faces, knowing what they've gone through, it just warms your heart", said a beaming Curtis. When asked who his favorite player was, one little boy smiled broadly and exclaimed, "Chad Curtis!" |
