BNN is reporting a rumored trade between the Florida Marlins and Montreal Expos has been finalized. The deal, which is expected to be announced sometime during the next few hours, will reportedly send 26-year-old RHP Ed Correa, 24-year-old RHP Pat Hentgen and 33-year-old C Brian Harper to Montreal in return for 23-year-old LHP Pete Schourek, 25-year-old RHP Pat Rapp, 26-year-old 2B Jeff Frye and 26-year-old RHP Heathcliff Slocumb. The clubs were noncommittal on the trade, but did not deny it.

In all, Correa has compiled a 100-75 mark during his career and a 3.40 ERA.

Frye currently has a career .267 batting average with 116 hits, good for 5 home runs, 53 RBIs and 48 runs.
