Seattle Pilots Ship Cora to Orlando Friday, December 25th, 1992 Done deal! The Seattle Pilots have agreed to send 27-year-old LF Joey Cora to the Orlando Sun Rays for 29-year-old LHP Bryan Hickerson. The trade, rumored for days, was completed in the wee hours this morning. For his career Cora has batted .248 and hit 7 home runs. In his 39-game career Hickerson has put up a 3.92 ERA and fanned 72 hitters in 80.1 innings. His career record stands at 4-6 with 5 saves. |
