Reed Tosses Shutout Tuesday, July 21st, 1992 The Kansas City Royals rolled to an easy 6-0 win over the New York Yankees at Royals Stadium today. Leading the way to victory was starter Rick Reed, who shackled the New York Yankees and held them scoreless on a 4-hitter.
