The Tacoma Twins will soon be packing their bags and heading home for the year. The 1991 season won't involve a playoff run for the club, as Tacoma was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today.

This is the club's 16th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 1975. In total, the Twins have missed the playoffs 15 times in their 15-year history.
