Tuesday, August 6th, 1991
The Wichita Aeros rolled to an easy 10-0 win over the Tacoma Twins at Cheney Stadium today. Leading the way to victory was starter Willie Banks, who shackled the Tacoma Twins and held them scoreless on a 6-hitter.
"This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," Banks said in his postgame press conference.
In 24 starts this year Banks has crafted a 9-8 record and a 3.46 ERA.
