Tony Arnold Hurt, Will Miss Rest of Year Wednesday, August 14th, 1991 Tony Arnold has to call it a season. The Chattanooga Lookouts starting pitcher sustained a season-ending injury against the Buffalo Bisons and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Arnold was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as shoulder inflammation and stated that he would not be able to play for 4-5 months.
So far this year Arnold has compiled a 5-7 record with a 5.60 ERA.
