Rochester Shuts Out Toledo, 2-0 Friday, August 16th, 1991 The bats were ice cold today for the Toledo Mud Hens at Ned Skeldon Stadium. Rochester Red Wings starter Jeff Russell kept the Mud Hens cold all day, shutting them out in a 2-0 victory. In a fine outing, the 29-year-old hurler allowed 4 hits while striking out 4 and walking 0. "I'm not quite sure what was different today," Russell admitted later.
